Can I request for self collection?

We do not offer self collection at our warehouse currently. However, collection can be done over POPStations islandwide.

What are the payment methods available?

Credit card, debit card, PayPal, bank transfer and cash on delivery.

Will packaging be discreet and nondescript?

Yes! Ensuring your privacy is our utmost priority. All orders will be sealed in mailer bags for maximum discreetness.

I do not have a PayPal account, can I still pay via Credit/Debit Card?

Yes, PayPal is able to handle Credit/Debit card payment without having the need to sign up an account.

Where do I select the location for POPStation self collection?

You may select your designated POPStation in your cart before checkout. Simply select the POPStation shipping method, enter your postal code to find the POPStation nearest to you, select the POPStation and you are ready to go!

How do I collect from POPStation?

You will receive a notification from SingPost via email/phone once item has been shipped and another notification containing the locker information once the order is ready for collection.

What are the delivery options?

Standard Shipping, Priority Shipping (Same Day Delivery) and POPStation self collection. Depending on how quick you need to receive your order.

What are the time slots available for priority shipping?

3 delivery time slots available everyday:

1) 1pm-5pm (last order 12pm)

2) 5pm-9pm (last order 4pm)

3) 7pm-11pm (last order 6pm)

You can expect to receive your parcel anytime between the time slot that you have selected. If the day is blacked out, priority delivery is not available on that day.

Can Durio.sg import other products that I would like to purchase?

You may drop us an Email with a link of the item that you would like to purchase and we will check on our end.
